Reverse description Central field occupied by the elaborate quartered and impaled princely coat of arms of Anhalt-Zerbst, surmounted by a large ornate princely crown. The shield displays multiple heraldic quarterings with fine hatching and detail in the Baroque manner. The date 1742 is divided on either side of the shield within the legend, and the fractional denomination ⅔ appears in the lower exergue area beneath the arms. The encircling Latin legend FRATRUM CONCORDIA, meaning 'brotherly concord,' alludes to the joint reign of the two princes.
