Obverse description Draped and armored bust of Henry, Duke of Saxe-Weissenfels, facing right, wearing a large flowing periwig and gorget over ornate plate armor. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the late Baroque style typical of German princely coinage of the late 17th century. The peripheral legend in Latin reads HENRIC. D.G. DUX SAX. IU. C.& M. C. I. B., identifying the ruler by name and titles. The legend begins at the lower left and runs clockwise around the coin's rim.
