| Descrizione del dritto | Bust of Duke Henry III of Saxe-Römhild facing right, depicted in contemporary Baroque style with flowing long curly wig and armored shoulders draped with a mantle. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detailing on the periwig locks and breastplate. The circular Latin legend runs along the inner edge of the milled border, reading D. G. H. D. S. I. C. M. A. & W., an abbreviation of the ruler's full title by the grace of God. The portrait occupies the majority of the obverse field, with the date 1690 integrated into the legend. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Quartered heraldic shield displaying the arms of the Saxe-Römhild line, featuring the Saxon barry with a crown in the upper section, a lion passant in one quarter, and additional dynastic charges, all surmounted by a ducal crown. The shield is flanked by two laurel or palm branches curving outward to either side. The denomination mark ⅔ appears prominently at the base of the shield within the field. The circular Latin legend SI. DEUS. PRO. NOBIS. - QUIS. CONTRA. NOS. (If God be for us, who can be against us, Romans 8:31) runs along the periphery within the milled border. |
