Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a four-line central inscription in bold roman lettering reads III / EINEN REICHS / THALER / Ao 1662, denoting the denomination as one-third of a Reichsthaler. A small decorative floral or foliate ornament appears beneath the date line at the base of the inscription panel. The surrounding outer border carries a continuous Latin legend recording the Elector's further territorial titles. The overall layout is characteristic of the orderly, text-focused reverse design of Brandenburg silver coinage of the 1660s.
