Obverse description Bare-headed bust of Frederick II (Frederick the Great) facing right, with flowing hair tied at the nape and an elaborately draped truncation. The portrait is rendered in a refined Baroque style typical of mid-18th-century Prussian coinage. The circumferential Latin legend reads FRIDERICUS BORUSSORUM REX, separated from the portrait by a toothed inner border. The field is plain, with no additional ornament.
Obverse script Latin

Reverse description The denomination is expressed entirely in bold Roman and Arabic lettering arranged across five horizontal lines in the field: the Roman numeral VI at the top flanked by six-pointed star ornaments, followed by EINEN, REICHS, THALER, and the date 1756, with the Berlin mint mark A centered below flanked by small star ornaments. The design is purely typographic, without pictorial devices, and is framed by a toothed inner border with a reeded outer rim.
