Obverse description Central field occupied by a large ornate cursive royal monogram composed of the letter C, rendered in an elaborate baroque script with foliate flourishes and scrollwork. The monogram is surmounted by a princely crown with visible arches and beaded band. No legend is present; the design fills the field within a plain inner border.

Reverse description Denomination and issuer inscription arranged in multiple horizontal lines across the full field, reading VI / EINEN / THALER / HZ·BR·L·L·M· / date / A·C·B·, where VI EINEN THALER indicates the coin's value as one-sixth of a Thaler, HZ·BR·L·L·M· stands for Herzog zu Braunschweig, Lüneburg, Landgraf, (etc.), the mint year appears flanked by small decorative rosette stops, and the mintmaster initials A·C·B· appear at the base. The legends are set in bold upright Roman capitals filling the round flan.
