A circular inner legend reads XX EINE FEINE MARCK ('20 to one fine mark'), with the outer legend CIVIT. IMPERIALIS MVLHVSINAE ('Imperial City of Mühlhausen') arcing around the periphery, and the date 1767 appearing at the top between the two inscriptions. The coin exhibits a reeded edge consistent with milled coinage of the period.
