正面描述	Central field displays the arms of Obwalden — a divided shield with an ornate key motif in the upper half and a plain lower half — set within an elaborate baroque cartouche of scrolling acanthus foliage. The date 1732 is divided by the shield, with 17 to the left and 32 to the right. A decorative foliate ornament crowns the cartouche at the top. The circumferential Latin legend reads MONETA REIPUBL: SUBSYLVANIAE SUPERIORIS 1732, separated from the central design by a plain inner ring and an outer beaded border.

背面描述	The reverse depicts Blessed Nicholas of Flüe (Niklaus von Flüe), the patron saint of Switzerland, shown kneeling in three-quarter view facing right, nimbed and bearded, clad in a hermit's robe. He holds a rosary with a cross in his joined hands raised in prayer, with a divine ray of light descending from above. The rocky Alpine landscape to the right and a stylized tree to the left evoke his hermitage at Ranft. A decorative scrollwork panel occupies the lower exergue. The circumferential Latin legend B: NICOLAUS DE FLUE HELV: CATH: PATR: encircles the scene, bounded by a beaded border.
