| Obverse description | Enthroned female figure, identified tentatively as Eirene or Livia, seated facing right upon a high-backed throne. The figure is draped and holds a long sceptre in her right hand and a branch in her left. The composition is rendered in the Hellenistic provincial tradition, with the legend disposed around the periphery of the flan. The lettering reads ΘΕΣΣΑΛΩΝ ΣΕΒΑΣΤΗΩΝ, identifying the issuing authority and the imperial connection. |

| Reverse description | Standing female divinity, identified as Demeter or Ennodia, depicted facing left in full-length draped attire. She holds ears of corn in her right hand and a long sceptre or torch in her left, attributes consistent with both Demeter and the Thessalian goddess Ennodia. A monogram appears in the field, likely a civic or magistrate's mark. The legend ΣΤΡΑΤΗΓΟΥ ΛΥΚΟΥΤΟΥ, disposed around the periphery, names the strategos Lykoutas as the responsible magistrate under whose authority the coin was struck. |
