| 表面の説明 | Celticised laureate and bearded male head facing right, rendered in the abstracted La Tène artistic tradition derived from Macedonian prototypes. The wreath, here of the characteristic Wulstlorbeer (beaded laurel) type, is boldly rendered with schematised, deeply cut leaves radiating from the crown. Facial features are strongly stylised, with a prominent hooked nose, large almond-shaped eye, and flowing hair locks dissolving into abstract curvilinear forms in the field. The overall treatment reflects progressive barbarisation of the Alexander III tetradrachm prototype, with the naturalistic Hellenistic portrait reduced to powerful, abstract relief. |

| 裏面の説明 | A rider on horseback moving to the left, seated upon a horse whose body is rendered with bold, simplified musculature and whose mane is indicated by a prominent row of pellets along the neck. The rider raises his right arm, the limb depicted in a schematised, geometric manner characteristic of Dacian Celtic coinage. Above the horse, a detached rider's head or globular element appears in the upper field, accompanied by a pellet to the right. The composition, ultimately derived from the reverse of Philip II of Macedon's tetradrachms, has been thoroughly transformed through Celtic artistic abstraction, with extraneous elements reduced to symbolic pellets and linear forms in the field. |
