Reverse description The king is depicted enthroned, seated left on an ornate throne, receiving a diadem from Tyche, the personification of fortune, who stands to his right facing left and holds a long scepter in her other hand. A Seleucid regnal date appears above the diadem in the field. The standard Parthian dynastic legend is present but severely blundered and largely off the flan, a common characteristic of late Parthian tetradrachms struck at Seleucia on the Tigris during this period.
