| Obverse description | Diademed and bearded royal bust facing left, wearing a tiara adorned with hooks along the crest, a horn projecting from the side, and a long curved earflap with pendant earring. A distinctive lock of hair on the forehead represents the royal wart, a characteristic dynastic attribute. The diadem features a loop at the top and three trailing ends. The letter B appears in the field behind the head. The portrait is rendered in the late Parthian style, with a long, tapered beard and expressive facial features typical of the Vologases series. |

| Reverse description | The king is depicted enthroned, seated left on an ornate throne, receiving a diadem from Tyche, the personification of fortune, who stands to his right facing left and holds a long scepter in her other hand. A Seleucid regnal date appears above the diadem in the field. The standard Parthian dynastic legend is present but severely blundered and largely off the flan, a common characteristic of late Parthian tetradrachms struck at Seleucia on the Tigris during this period. |
