Beschrijving voorzijde Draped bust of Gondophares-Sases facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition with pronounced facial features and drapery folds visible at the shoulder. The effigy is set within a broad, flat field characteristic of the Arachosian tetradrachm fabric. A circular Greek legend runs along the periphery, reading ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΜΕΓΑΛΟΥ ΓΟΝΔΟΦΑΡΟΥ ΣΑΣΟΥ, identifying the ruler as 'Great King of Kings Gondophares Sases'. The die work reflects the blending of Parthian and Hellenistic stylistic conventions typical of Indo-Parthian coinage of this period.

Beschrijving keerzijde A standing deity, identifiable as Nike or a similar winged figure, depicted facing forward in the central field with wings partially spread and arms extended, holding what appears to be a wreath or similar object. The figure stands on a baseline, rendered in a schematic but recognizable Hellenistic style. A Kharosthi legend encircles the design along the periphery, reading MAHARAJASA RAJARAJASA MAHATASA GUDUPHARASA SASASA, the Prakrit equivalent of the obverse Greek royal titulature. The reverse field is characteristically flat and shows the slightly irregular flan typical of hammered Arachosian standard tetradrachms.
