Obverse description Celticised bare-necked, beardless male head facing right, wearing a prominent pearl diadem rendered as a double row of large globules arching across the crown. The hair is depicted in bold relief with deeply engraved flowing strands swept back behind the ear, terminating in a curvilinear lock at the neck. The facial features are rendered in a distinctly Celtic abstracted style: the eye is large and pellet-centred, the nose pronounced, and the chin rounded with a small pellet detail. A stylised curled tendril ornament is visible above the ear, consistent with La Tène decorative convention. The entire design is encircled by a border of dots.
