Obverse description Armored horseman galloping to the right, wearing a crested Boeotian helmet with flowing plume and cuirass, his chlamys billowing behind him. The rider holds a spear or lance in his right hand, leveled in a charging position. The horse is depicted in vigorous motion with both forelegs raised, rendered in a bold, high-relief style characteristic of 4th-century Greek coinage. The field is plain with no visible legend on this side.

Reverse description A bull standing to the left, head lowered in a charging attitude, rendered in high relief with muscular anatomical detail characteristic of the Macedonian artistic tradition. The animal is depicted with forelegs slightly bent, conveying forward momentum. The inscription ΜΑΓΝ appears above the bull and ΠΙΤΘΙΩΝ below, divided across the field within a decorative meander border composed of a square key-pattern frame encircling the central device.
