Obverse description Bust of Phraates V facing left, depicted with a distinctive tiara or diadem adorned with multiple horizontal ridges and a row of pellets, consistent with Parthian royal regalia. The king is shown wearing a torque and a draped garment, with curled hair and beard rendered in the Parthian artistic tradition. The effigy displays a prominent, stylized profile characteristic of late Arsacid coinage from Seleucia on the Tigris. No legend appears on the obverse; the royal titulature is distributed across the reverse field.
