The royal legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ above and ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ below flanks the club, reading 'of King Philip.' In the lower field, two control monograms are visible beneath the club, with a smaller secondary symbol in the left field. The oak wreath, a hallmark of Macedonian royal tetradrachms, frames the entire composition and is tied at the base. |
