| Popis líce | Diademed and draped bust of Philip I Philadelphos facing right, enclosed within a stemma (wreath border). The effigy displays characteristic late Seleucid portraiture with deeply engraved curling locks of hair rendered in a Hellenistic style, a prominent diadem tied at the back with floating ends, and refined facial features in right profile. The flan is irregular, as typical of hammered Hellenistic coinage of this period, with no legend present on the obverse. |

| Popis rubu | Zeus Nikephoros enthroned left on a high-backed throne, depicted bare-chested with a himation draped over his lower body and legs. In his extended right hand he holds Nike (Victory), and in his left hand he grasps a long scepter. The entire design is enclosed within a laurel wreath border. A monogram appears to the left of the throne on some specimens, and a mint letter below the throne on others. The royal legend is distributed in the fields to left and right of the central figure. |
