Reverse description Zeus Nikephoros enthroned left on a high-backed throne, depicted bare-chested with a himation draped over his lower body and legs. In his extended right hand he holds Nike (Victory), and in his left hand he grasps a long scepter. The entire design is enclosed within a laurel wreath border. A monogram appears to the left of the throne on some specimens, and a mint letter below the throne on others. The royal legend is distributed in the fields to left and right of the central figure.
