| Obverse description | Draped bust of Artemis facing right, her hair elegantly coiffed and bound with a stephane, with a bow and quiver of arrows visible over her left shoulder. The portrait is rendered in fine Hellenistic style, with naturalistic facial features and a graceful neckline. A dotted border frames the design. The goddess is depicted with characteristic iconography associated with her role as divine huntress. |
