The portrait is rendered in fine Hellenistic style with delicate facial features, and the drapery falls over the left shoulder. The field is plain and the flan shows characteristic irregular edges typical of Aradian coinage of the late 1st century BC. |

To the left of the figure, the Aradian civic year date ΓΠΡ (year 183) is inscribed vertically, with the month letters ΜΣ below. To the right, the Phoenician letters of the city name ARADOS are inscribed vertically. The entire design is encircled by a wreath of laurel leaves. |
