| Reverse description | Pegasus grazing to left, rendered with careful anatomical detail, the winged horse depicted with lowered head as if feeding. In the left field, the Pontic royal badge of a star-in-crescent is prominently placed, serving as a dynastic symbol of the kingdom of Pontos. To the right, the regnal year HΣ (year 208 of the Pontic era) is inscribed above a monogram. In the exergue, the letter B denotes the second month. The entire reverse design is enclosed within a Dionysiac wreath composed of ivy leaves and clusters of fruit, reflecting the strong association of the Mithridatic dynasty with Dionysus.
