| Obverse description | Diademed head of Mithradates VI Eupator facing right, rendered in the idealized Hellenistic style with pronounced youthful features and an energetic, windswept coiffure of deeply cut, flowing curls radiating dynamically around the head. The diadem is visible binding the hair above the temple. The portrait is executed with exceptional artistic refinement, displaying a strong profile with a straight nose, full lips, and a resolute expression characteristic of the royal Pontic coinage struck at Pergamum. The field is plain, with no surrounding legend on the obverse. |

| Reverse description | A stag grazing to the left occupies the central field, rendered in fine Hellenistic style. The Greek legend BAΣIΛEΩΣ appears above, while MIΘPAΔATOY and EYΠATOPOΣ are disposed in two lines below the type, together forming the royal titulature 'of King Mithradates Eupator.' To the left, a star-in-crescent symbol is placed above a monogram. To the right, the regnal year ΘΙΣ (year 219) appears above a second monogram, and the month designation BI is inscribed in the exergue. The entire design is encircled by a Dionysiac wreath composed of ivy leaves and clusters of fruit. |
