Obverse description Female deity Sri Bhogini seated facing in padmasana (lotus position) upon a stylized lotus flower, rendered in low relief in the local Licchavi artistic tradition. The figure is depicted with arms extended, likely holding symbolic attributes. A legend in Brahmi script appears in the field surrounding the central device. The flan is irregular and shows characteristic surface patination consistent with hammered copper coinage of the Kathmandu Valley.
