Obverse description Diademed head of the deified Alexander the Great facing right, his flowing hair rendered in bold, deeply cut curls characteristic of the Lysimachean portrait tradition. A small but clearly articulated horn of Ammon curves above the right ear, asserting Alexander's divine status as son of Zeus-Ammon. The portraiture is of high artistic quality, with fine facial modeling and a pronounced diadem secured across the forehead. A dotted border frames the entire design field.

Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left on a throne, her right hand extending forward to present a winged Nike who crowns the royal legend; her left arm rests upon a large round shield adorned with a central gorgoneion. A spear leans against her left shoulder. A caduceus appears to the inner left field, and a monogram is positioned to the outer right. The legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ is distributed in two lines flanking the enthroned deity, proclaiming the authority of King Lysimachus.
