| Obverse description | Diademed head of Alexander the Great facing right, rendered in the idealized Hellenistic portrait tradition, with the distinctive horn of Ammon curling above and behind his right ear, alluding to his divine descent from Zeus-Ammon. The diadem is depicted with fine ribbon ties visible at the neck. The portrait exhibits the characteristic upward gaze and slightly parted lips associated with Alexander iconography as propagated by Lysimachos on his coinage. The flan is of standard hammered fabric with naturalistic modeling of the facial features. |

| Reverse description | Athena Nikephoros seated left on a throne, her body draped, leaning her left elbow upon a large round shield set upright beside her; in her extended right hand she holds Nike, who faces left and crowns the royal legend. A transverse spear rests diagonally behind the throne with the point directed to lower left. To the outer left field stands a herm, and to the inner left appears a cult image. In the exergue, the monogram ΩΞ serves as a control mark identifying the Pergamon mint. The overall composition follows the canonical reverse type established by Lysimachos for his dynastic silver coinage. |
