Obverse description Diademed, beardless bust of Kamnaskires IV facing left, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition with curly hair bound by a royal diadem whose ties fall behind the neck. The portrait is draped at the shoulder and displays fine die-engraving typical of late Seleucid-influenced Elymaean coinage. An anchor symbol, the dynastic emblem of Seleucid heritage, is positioned in the field behind the royal effigy. The flan is irregular, characteristic of hammered silver issues of this period.

Reverse description Zeus seated on a throne facing left, his right hand extending a small Nike who faces right with wings spread, while his left hand holds a long grounded scepter. The composition closely follows Seleucid reverse typology. A KP monogram appears in the inner left field, likely referencing a mint official or royal epithet. The Greek dynastic legend is distributed around the figure in the fields.
