Reverse description Zeus Aetophoros enthroned left on a backless throne, his seminude figure depicted in a dignified, composed posture; he holds an eagle aloft in his extended right hand and grasps a long scepter in his left. Two monograms appear to the left of the figure, above the lap of Zeus, serving as mint control marks. An ornamental vine tendril bearing grape clusters entwines along the left field. In the exergue, the magistrate's name ΓΕΙΤΑΣ is inscribed in Greek characters. The ethnic legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field.
