Reverse description Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a low backless throne, his nude torso draped from the waist, holding an eagle perched on his outstretched right hand and a long sceptre upright in his left. In the left field, a Boeotian shield is depicted above the throne, with a thyrsus positioned below the throne serving as a mint control symbol. The reverse legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs to the right of the enthroned figure, identifying the coin as issued in the name of Alexander.
