| 表面の説明 | Bare, youthful head of Heracles facing right, depicted in his characteristic lion skin headdress, with the scalp and jaws of the Nemean lion framing the face; the mane and forelegs of the pelt rendered in fine detail draped over the neck and shoulder. The portrait is executed in the robust, idealised Lysippan tradition associated with the Alexander type, with well-modelled facial features and naturalistically carved curling hair visible beneath the lion-skin. No legend or inscription appears on the obverse. |
