| Descrizione del dritto | Head of Herakles facing right, wearing the Nemean lion scalp headdress with the mane rendered in bold, flowing relief across the left side of the field. The facial features are rendered in the Hellenistic idiom, with a strong brow, slightly parted lips, and a well-modelled ear visible beneath the lion's pelt. The reverse of the scalp falls across the neck and shoulder, its feathered texture indicated by careful engraving. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, with a smooth, unlegended field surrounding the effigy. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a throne with cross-bar legs, his upper body nude and draped at the waist, extending his right arm to present a perched eagle and holding a long sceptre vertically in his left hand. The figure is rendered in fine Hellenistic style with muscular anatomical detail. To the left of the throne in the field, the control mark IΘ (numeral 19) appears, identifying the issue within the series. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs downward along the right field, separated from the central design by a dotted border line. A ground line runs beneath the throne. |
