| Descrizione del dritto | Head of the youthful, beardless Heracles facing right, enveloped in the scalp and mane of the Nemean lion, the beast's jaws forming a headdress over the hero's curly hair. The facial features are rendered with fine Hellenistic modelling, exhibiting a smooth, idealized profile with a slightly open mouth and strong brow. The flowing mane of the lionskin cascades behind the neck, its striated locks rendered in bold relief. The entire design is contained within a neat border of raised dots. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a low stool-throne, his body draped, his outstretched right hand supporting an eagle with spread wings, and his left hand resting on a tall sceptre. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, reading downward. The date letters IH (= year 18 of the Pamphylian era, corresponding to 204/203 BC) appear in the upper left field. The composition follows the canonical Alexandrine reverse type, enclosed within a plain border. |
