Reverse description Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a low stool-throne, his body depicted in three-quarter view; his outstretched right hand supports an eagle with closed wings, while his left hand grasps a tall upright sceptre. The legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, and the Greek letter Γ, serving as a regnal or civic date symbol, appears in the left field. The composition is characteristic of the posthumous Alexandrine tetradrachm type struck at Pamphylian mints.
