| Obverse description | Youthful bare bust of Heracles in right-facing profile, wearing the lion skin headdress with the scalp drawn over the crown and the knotted forepaws tied at the throat. The facial features are finely rendered in the Hellenistic style, with well-defined brow, eye, and lips. The mane of the lion skin falls in bold, deeply cut ridges across the left side of the flan, framing the portrait with characteristic Alexandrine iconography. The field is plain, with no legend. |
