Beschrijving voorzijde Head of the deified Herakles in right profile, wearing the characteristic lion-skin headdress with the scalp drawn over the crown and the mane falling behind the neck. The facial features are rendered in the heroic idealized style typical of late Alexandrine coinage, with strong brow, prominent nose, and slightly parted lips. The flan is broad and irregularly shaped, with the effigy centrally placed and occupying the majority of the field. No legend appears on the obverse, consistent with the Alexandrine type throughout its production.

Beschrijving keerzijde Zeus Aetophoros enthroned facing left, his body nude to the waist and draped below with a himation, seated upon a high-backed throne set on a ground line. His outstretched right hand supports a standing eagle facing left, while his left hand rests on a long upright sceptre. To the left field appear two distinctive symbols specific to the Ephesian mint: a bee (the civic emblem of Ephesos) above, and a sunburst or star symbol below. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs vertically along the right field. The composition closely follows the standard posthumous Alexandrine reverse type with locally distinctive control marks.
