| Description de l’avers | Youthful head of the deified Heracles facing right, draped in the Nemean lion skin headdress, the scalp knotted beneath the chin and the forepaws falling over the shoulders. The portrait is rendered in fine Hellenistic style with carefully detailed curling hair emerging beneath the lion scalp, a straight nose, and a strong jaw, all executed with considerable artistic refinement characteristic of posthumous Alexandrine coinage. The field is plain, with no visible legend or inscription. |

The reverse legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs to the right of the throne. In the left field, the city ethnic AΣ (abbreviation for Aspendos) appears above the regnal or civic date ΙΖ (year 17), serving as a mint control mark identifying the issuing authority and the year of production within the local era. |
