Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with the characteristic short beard and finely rendered hair beneath the laurel wreath. The bust is depicted with paludamentum (military cloak) visible at the shoulder, in the Alexandrian style typical of Hadrianic provincial coinage. The Greek legend ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙ ΑΔΡΙΑ CEΒ (Autokrator Kaisar Traianus Hadrianus Sebastos) runs around the periphery of the coin, partially divided on either side of the effigy. The portrait displays the high-relief modeling characteristic of Alexandrian mint production during Hadrian's reign.

Beschrijving keerzijde Draped bust of the goddess Isis-Pharia facing right, wearing the distinctive turreted or modius crown surmounted by a sail-like naval element (pharos), her long wavy hair falling over her shoulder. To the right of the bust appears the regnal year date, rendered either as L ΙΔ (year 14, corresponding to 129–130 AD) or ΕΤ Θ (year 9, corresponding to 124–125 AD). The representation of Isis with the Pharos attribute is a hallmark Alexandrian type celebrating the city's famous lighthouse and its association with the goddess. The field is relatively plain, with the date numerals positioned prominently to the right of the deity's bust.
