| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a Attic crested helmet adorned with a floral palmette above the visor and three olive leaves at the base of the crest. The goddess's hair falls in long wavy locks beneath the helmet bowl, and her facial features are rendered in the late Hellenistic style characteristic of the New Style coinage of Athens. A dotted border encircles the design within the round flan. |

| Reverse description | Owl of Athena standing three-quarters facing, wings closed, perched atop a panathenaic amphora set upon a crescent, all within an olive wreath. To the right of the owl, a small eight-rayed star or thunderbolt symbol appears in the field. The magistrates' names are inscribed in the field divided by the central motif: ΑΘΕ above and to the right, with ΓΛΑΥΚΩ and ΕΧΕΚΡΑ flanking the owl, and ΣΦ with Δ below, identifying the issuing magistrates Glaukos and Echekrates along with the month letter. |
