Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, with short beard visible. The emperor is depicted in imperial military dress, the cuirass rendered with fine detail. The peripheral Greek legend encircles the bust, reading AVT K ΠΛIK ΓAΛΛIHNOC CEB, identifying the emperor by his titles. The portrait exhibits the characteristic style of Alexandrian billon tetradrachms of the mid-third century, with strong, individualized facial features.

Reverse description Homonoia (Concordia), the personification of concord, depicted standing to the left in draped attire. She raises her right hand in a gesture of greeting or blessing, while her left hand holds a double cornucopia, symbol of abundance and prosperity. A vertical palm branch is positioned behind her in the field. The regnal year legend L IΓ (Year 13) appears in the field, corresponding to the 13th regnal year of Gallienus and dating the issue to 265–266 AD within the Alexandrian calendar.
