Reverse description Rider on horseback advancing to right, depicted in the Celtic imitative tradition derived from the Philip II tetradrachm prototype. The rider holds a palm branch in the raised hand, a detail faithfully retained from the Macedonian original. The Greek legend ΦΙΛΙΠΠ-ΟΥ is disposed around the field, preserving the inscription of the prototype. A thunderbolt appears below the horse, and a symbol, possibly a dolphin or abstract form, is placed between the horse's forelegs. The overall composition reflects a high degree of fidelity to the Hellenistic source type, consistent with the classification as a Faithful Legend type.
