Obverse description Diademed head of Demetrios I Soter facing right, portrayed in idealized Hellenistic style with finely rendered curling hair and a royal diadem tied behind the neck with trailing ends visible. The effigy occupies the full field of the flan, displaying strong, youthful facial features characteristic of royal Seleucid portraiture. The entire portrait is set within a finely detailed laurel wreath border encircling the coin.

Reverse description Tyche, fully draped in flowing garments, seated left upon an elaborate throne, holding a long baton or sceptre in her raised right hand and a cornucopia in her left. The throne is supported beneath by a winged Tritoness figure, rendered in fine relief. A control monogram appears in the outer left field, while the regnal date in Seleucid era numerals is placed in the exergue. The royal legend runs along both sides of the field flanking the central figure.
