| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare head of Apollo facing left, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with delicately modeled facial features. The hair is elaborately arranged, gathered in voluminous braided and rolled locks across the crown of the head, bound with a taenia and falling in loose curling tresses at the nape of the neck. The portrait fills much of the flan, with the neck truncation at the lower edge of the field. No legend appears on the obverse. |
