| توضیحات روی سکه | Diademed and draped bust of Ptolemy I facing right, rendered in the idealized Hellenistic portrait style characteristic of the Ptolemaic series. The hair is elaborately rendered with deeply cut, flowing locks swept back from the forehead and bound by a royal diadem, its ties falling behind the neck. The facial features are finely modeled, displaying a strong jaw, a prominent nose, and a slightly parted lip, conveying regal authority. The neck is truncated at the lower flan and is draped with a chlamys visible at the shoulder. The field is plain, with no surrounding legend on the obverse, in keeping with the standard Ptolemaic tetradrachm type. |

| توضیحات پشت سکه | A large eagle with closed wings stands facing left upon a thunderbolt, its head turned slightly forward, rendered with finely detailed feathering across the breast and folded wings. To the left of the eagle appears the regnal date in Egyptian year notation: L IB (year 12) above the control letter Θ (theta). To the right of the eagle stands the monogram ΠA, identifying the mint officina or control mark. Surrounding the entire design is a circular Greek legend reading ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ (of King Ptolemy), inscribed within the beaded border of the coin. The composition follows the canonical reverse type established by Ptolemy I and maintained throughout the Ptolemaic dynasty. |
