| Descripción del anverso | Cista mystica depicted in three-quarter view at center, its lid partially open with a serpent emerging and coiling around the basket's cylindrical body. The cista rests on a low base, rendered with fine vertical striations conveying wicker-work texture. The entire design is enclosed within a broad ivy wreath composed of alternating ivy leaves, berries, and grape clusters arranged symmetrically around the circumference of the flan. No legend appears on the obverse, the wreath border serving as the sole framing device in the characteristic cistophoric tradition. |

| Descripción del reverso | Two serpents rising and coiling symmetrically around a central bow case (gorytos), their heads facing one another across the top of the case. A winged kerykeion (caduceus) appears to the right of the bow case. The ethnic abbreviation ΛAO is positioned to the left, identifying the mint city of Laodikeia. Between the serpents' heads, the magistrate's name AΠOΛΛΩNIOΣ / ΕΥΑΡΧΟΥ is inscribed in two lines in the upper field, identifying the issuing authority as Apollonios, son of Euarchos. |
