The diadem, a plain fillet tied at the nape of the neck with trailing ends, is visible above the brow. The portrait displays the bold, slightly idealized style associated with the Antioch mint workshops, with a strong jawline and well-defined facial features. The field is plain, enclosed within a smooth raised border. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Zeus Nikephoros enthroned to left on a high-backed throne, his body draped from the waist, holding a long upright sceptre in his raised left hand and a small figure of Nike, goddess of victory, in his extended right hand. Nike faces left and holds a wreath. A monogram appears to the left in the field. The royal legend is inscribed in two lines in the right field and along the lower border in Greek capitals. The composition follows the canonical Seleucid reverse type derived from the Zeus imagery of Alexander the Great's coinage. |
