Obverse description Heroic bust of King Antialkidas depicted from the rear in three-quarter view, the head turned to face left, wearing a diadem over flowing hair; the king holds a javelin over his right shoulder, with the shaft extending prominently across the field. The effigy is rendered in the Hellenistic artistic tradition, with naturalistic musculature and confident regal posture. The circular legend surrounds the bust in Greek script, reading ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΝΙΚΗΦΟΡΟΥ ΑΝΤΙΑΛΚΙΔΟΥ.

Reverse description Zeus standing in three-quarter view facing left, holding a thunderbolt in his raised right hand and a globe surmounted by a small Nike (Victory) bearing a laurel wreath in his extended left hand; before him stands an elephant facing left, serving as a dynastic and regional symbol. The composition reflects the Hellenistic syncretism characteristic of Indo-Greek coinage. The reverse legend in Kharosthi script runs around the field, identifying the king by his Indian title.
