Obverse description Draped bust of a turreted female divinity facing right, identified as Tyche or a local goddess, wearing an elaborate turreted crown adorned with battlements and spherical ornaments, a circular pendant earring, and a beaded necklace. The hair is rendered in fine wavy locks swept back beneath the crown. A monogram, possibly a mint or magistrate's control mark, appears in the lower left field. The portraiture is executed in a refined Hellenistic style consistent with Seleucid artistic conventions of the mid-3rd century BC.
