| Descrição do anverso | Bare-headed bust of the nymph Kyme in right-facing profile, her wavy hair neatly bound with a taenia and gathered in a chignon at the nape of the neck. The modelling of the face is rendered in a refined Hellenistic style, with delicate features including an aquiline nose, softly parted lips, and a well-defined jaw. The portrait fills the broad, slightly concave field characteristic of the Stephen type tetradrachms of Kyme. The flan shows the irregular edges typical of the hammered coinage of Aeolis in the second century BC. |

| Descrição do reverso | A bridled horse standing to the right with its left foreleg raised in a prancing posture, rendered with careful attention to musculature and harness detail. To the right of the horse appears the ethnic legend of the city in Greek. Below the horse's body is a one-handled oenochoe (wine jug), serving as a civic symbol. In the exergue is inscribed the name of the magistrate Alexandros. The entire design is enclosed within a wreath of laurel or olive, a compositional feature distinctive of the civic tetradrachm coinage of Kyme during this period. |
