Beschrijving voorzijde Helmeted head of Athena facing right, rendered in the Attic style characteristic of late classical coinage. The goddess wears a crested Attic helmet adorned with scroll palmette decorations on the bowl, with the crest sweeping prominently over the crown. The facial features are finely rendered with a large eye depicted in archaic frontal convention, a straight nose, and slightly parted lips. The neck is visible below, and the ear is indicated beneath the helmet's cheekpiece. The overall style is a close imitation of the Athenian prototype, typical of Arabian imitative issues of this period.

Beschrijving keerzijde Owl standing in three-quarter facing position to the right, with prominent large round eye and detailed feathering rendered in punched pellet technique. The wings are folded against the body and the talons grip the ground line. To the upper left, a crescent and an olive sprig appear in the field, mirroring the Athenian prototype. The ethnic inscription AΘE appears in the right field in Greek letters, identifying the Athenian type being imitated. The design faithfully replicates the classical Athenian owl tetradrachm as adapted by Qatabanian authorities for local circulation.
