Obverse description Youthful laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with richly detailed curling locks cascading to the neck; a lyre is visible behind the head in the left field, serving as a divine attribute of the god. The portraiture exhibits the idealized naturalism characteristic of late Hellenistic Asia Minor coinage, with delicately modeled facial features and a serene expression. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, with no encircling legend on the obverse.
